All fine line tattoos will fade over time. It
depends on several factors from the level
of sun exposure, skin hydration, placement
of the tattoo (high friction areas such as
hands, wrists, behind the ear, neck, feet,
and ankles tend to fade much faster). Due
to the small and delicate nature, fading is
usually more noticeable in fine line tattoos
and is normal to need a touch up. Please
reach out to me with a photo between 4-6
weeks from your initial appointment.
Touch ups are free within that 4-6 week
period after appointment. After 6 weeks the price is $25.00
I want to be up front about hand/finger tattoos and set realistic expectations for my clients. I will offer free touch-ups for the first appointment after the initial one (4-6 weeks) on hand/finger tattoos. But if you would like to maintain the look of your hand/finger tattoos you will need to pay for them after the first touch-up. The constant friction, exposure to water and sun, and regular contact with surfaces in our daily activities can cause the ink to fade or blur over time. It's important to understand that your hand/finger tattoo could fade or even completely disappear in as little as 2 weeks. It could also stay on forever. Everyones skin heals differently & there is no way for me to guarantee the permanency.
After getting a tattoo, the outer layer of skin (the part you can see) will typically heal within 2 to 4 weeks. While it may look and feel healed, and you may be tempted to slow down on the aftercare, it can take as long as 6 months for the skin below a tattoo to truly heal. Skin around larger tattoos takes longer to recover and certain factors, like picking at the scabs, not moisturizing, forgoing SPF, or using a lotion with alcohol may slow the process.
Week 1:
The first stage lasts from day 1 through about day 6. Your new tattoo will be bandaged for the first few days, after which it’s considered an open wound. Your body will be responding to injury, and you may notice redness, plasma, slight inflammation or swelling, or a burn sensation.
Week 2:
In this stage, you may experience itching and flaking. Flaky skin is nothing to be concerned about — it’s a natural response, and the ink will remain intact, even if it looks like some of it’s coming off. Try to resist scratching or picking at scabs. A moisturizer recommended by a tattoo artist or doctor can keep the skin around the tattoo hydrated, and it may ease itching.
Weeks 3 and 4:
Your tattoo may begin to dry out, and the itchiness should pass. If it doesn’t and redness persists, it could be an early sign of an infected tattoo. Your tattoo may appear less vibrant than expected, but that’s because a layer of dry skin has formed over it. This will naturally exfoliate itself, revealing the vivid tattoo. Resist the urge to pick or scratch, which could cause scarring.
Months 2 to 6:
Itching and redness should have subsided by this point, and your tattoo may look fully healed, though it’s smart to continue with aftercare. Long-term care for a tattoo includes staying hydrated, wearing SPF or sun-protective clothing, and keeping the tattoo clean.

you will get used to it.
There is no guaranteed time they last. A tooth gem applied correctly on a natural tooth will

Permanent jewelry is jewelry, typically bracelets, anklets, or necklaces, that is custom-fitted and welded onto your body without a clasp, designed to be worn 24/7.
Care and Maintenance:
• Cleaning:
Regular cleaning with dish soap, a soft-bristled toothbrush, and water is recommended to remove dirt and oils that can dull the shine.
• Waterproof:
Permanent jewelry is designed to be worn in water, so you can shower, swim, and engage in water activities without worry.
• Tarnishing:
Like any jewelry, permanent jewelry can tarnish, especially with exposure to chemicals like chlorine in pools.
• Durability:
While designed for daily wear, permanent jewelry is not indestructible and can break if snagged, pulled, or bumped.
• Repairs and Re-welds:
If your chain breaks within 30 days it can be re-welded for free. After 30 days there is a $20 fee.
• MEDICAL PROCEDURES:
• MRI and X-rays:
In most cases, permanent jewelry does not need to be removed for medical procedures like MRI or X-rays, but it's advisable to consult with your doctor.
• Removal for Medical Reasons:
If you need to remove your permanent jewelry for a medical procedure, you can simply cut the jump ring and save the piece for re-welding later.
